You can die on purpose then, or continue, but you will still get Gifty. Getting the gifts is what you do to receive the character. You need to go towards the Christmas tree (without being killed by the eagle that swoops down if you don't move for 5 or more seconds) and go towards the gifts. Soon, there should be an open wasteland with just plain snow and a Christmas tree. You need to go 100 steps or more without crashing into a car. The background for the Festive Chicken character should be snowy and Christmas. If you do not have this character go through the prize machine until you get one. Ok, first I want you to go to your Festive Chicken character. He's a little emperor and he is seriously cute! When you've got enough, just die and he unlocks, like with Hipster Whale and Gifty. You need about twenty of them to unlock the new character, Cai Shen. They appear when you're playing as the Fortune Chicken or Xi, the lion thing. How do you unlock it? Long story short, collect the red rectangles (money?) with the Chinese currency symbol on them. So, you've got the new Crossy Road update with the new secret character. If you have the disco zoo then you play with it and when you cross the river hipster whale will appear jump on him to get him. If you see a bear on a tree stand next to the tree for drop bearĬrab: Slide left/right enough times on sand for the crab Gifty: Run into a Christmas tree with festive chickenĭrop bear: Only unlockable in desert. Hipster Whale: A whale sometimes zooms down a river. Hipster whale, gifty, drop bear and crab unlockables.
